some of the new units are fun, but stupidly OP and some like the Knights Panther look 10/10 stunning, while others are simple kutbashed. Magic is insane, Regen has no cap and the dichotomy between weak units and elite ones feels like it's went from being a gap to a chasm of difference. As the Dawi I can fight a battle that's totally not in my favour and take like 30 losses, but then moments later I'll get chewed up and spat out by similar compositions. battles feel inconsistent and everything is either too strong or too weak. Other buildings have -3 public order or +1 Skaven corruption, but even in vanilla that means little to nothing unless your on legendary maybe.

Garrisons and other buildings now come with a maintenance cost, but it's 5% which will never turn you away from building something so beneficial. alot of the new building affects feel way too weak in both directions. It's also strange that every faction has a big increase to research rate, but alot of the new tech has to be bought and is done in 1 turn, so while some trees are extended, you get to the end at the same speed or faster than usual. alot of the new research is either nice (but not worth installing the mod for) or stupidly OP or redundant.
